Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Efohvee ("we", "us")
covering your use of the Efohvee app. By creating an account or using Efohvee,
you agree to them.

Who can use Efohvee
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age
of majority where you live, you should review these terms with a parent or
guardian.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that
happens under your account. Tell us at admin@efohvee.com if you believe someone
else has accessed it. One person, one account — do not impersonate anyone else
or create an account on someone else's behalf.

Your content
Reviews, ratings, comments, your bio and your profile picture are yours. You keep
ownership of them. By posting them you give us permission to display, store and
distribute them within Efohvee so the app can function — for example, showing
your review on a game's page. This permission ends when you delete the content
or your account, except where it has already been shared with others.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to
post it.

What is not allowed
Do not post content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or targets another person

• promotes hatred or violence against a group of people

• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way

• is spam, advertising, or a scam

• infringes someone else's copyright or trademark

• is illegal, or encourages others to break the law

• impersonates another person or misrepresents who you are

 
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to Efohvee or its systems.

Reporting and moderation
Every review, comment and profile in Efohvee can be reported from inside the app,
and you can block any account, which hides their content from you and yours from
them. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend an
account or permanently terminate it where these terms have been broken. Serious
violations — particularly anything involving the safety of a minor — result in
immediate removal.

You may also email admin@efohvee.com to report content or an account.

Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may
suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or where required by
law.

Game information
Game titles, cover art, descriptions and related metadata come from IGDB and
remain the property of their respective owners. Efohvee is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or platform holder.

The app is provided as-is.

We work to keep Efohvee running and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without
warranties of any kind. Game data comes from a third party and may be incomplete
or wrong. Ratings and recommendations are opinions, not statements of fact. We
are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the
app, and to the extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to
the amount you have paid us — which, for a free app, is nothing.

Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will update the date
above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Efohvee
after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
