Delete Your Account

You can delete your Efohvee account and all of the personal data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Via the app:

01 Access Your Profile

02 Go to Settings & scroll to the bottom

03 Confirm when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email:

If you can't access the app, email admin@efohvee.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

your profile — email address, username, display name, bio and profile picture
your shelves and every game status on them
your ratings and reviews
your comments
everyone you follow, and everyone following you
your saved preferences and settings

What is kept, and for how long?

Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you — such as a game's average rating — remain part of the app. Anonymised crash and usage records may be retained by our analytics providers for up to 90 days. We may retain a minimal record of an account deletion where we are legally required to do so.
